Return and Exchange Conditions:

The return and exchange period for products purchased from our website is 25 days.

(Returns are not accepted for products purchased from our physical store; the exchange period for store purchases is 15 days.)

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

In cases of return or exchange, shipping, packaging, and labor costs will be deducted from the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of products are excluded from returns and exchanges:

• Personal safety equipment cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.
• Gift cards cannot be returned.
• Discounted items cannot be returned. If available in stock, they can only be exchanged with an identical replacement and cannot be exchanged for a different product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and reflected to your original method of payment within a certain period.

Shipping costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item
