By using the services offered on the site, you (“User”) acknowledge that you are bound by these Terms of Use, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement according to the laws applicable to you, that you are over 18 years of age, and that you have read and understood this agreement.
This agreement imposes rights and obligations on the parties regarding the use of the site. By accepting this agreement, both parties undertake to fulfill these rights and obligations fully, accurately, and promptly in accordance with the conditions set forth herein.
2. Responsibilities
a. The Company reserves the right to make changes at any time to prices and to the products and services offered.
b. The Company undertakes that the member will benefit from the contracted services except for technical failures.
c. The User agrees not to perform reverse engineering on the site or engage in any actions aimed at discovering or obtaining its source code. Otherwise, the User accepts responsibility for any damages and acknowledges that legal and criminal proceedings may be initiated.
d. The User agrees not to produce or share content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, obscene, pornographic, infringing on personal rights, violating copyrights, or encouraging illegal activities. The User is solely responsible for any resulting damages. Site administrators may suspend or terminate accounts and retain the right to initiate legal proceedings.
e. Relationships between members and between members and third parties are their sole responsibility.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
a. All registered or unregistered intellectual property rights—including trade names, trademarks, patents, logos, designs, information, and methods—belong to the Company or the respective rights holders and are protected by national and international law. 6. Registration and Security
The User must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, this Agreement will be considered breached, and the account may be closed without notice.
The User is responsible for password and account security. The Company cannot be held liable for data loss, security breaches, or device damage resulting from improper security practices.
7. Force Majeure
The parties shall not be liable if obligations under this agreement become impossible to perform due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, infrastructure failures, or power outages. During such periods, the parties’ rights and obligations under this agreement will be suspended.
8. Entire Agreement and Enforceability
If any provision of this agreement becomes partially or wholly invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid.
9. Amendments to the Agreement
The Company may change the services offered on the site and the terms of this agreement at any time. Changes become effective once published on the site. By continuing to use the services, the User is deemed to have accepted these changes.
10. Notices
All notices related to this agreement shall be sent through the Company’s known email address and the email address provided by the User. The User accepts the provided email address as the valid notification address and agrees to notify the Company of any change within 5 days.
11. Evidence Agreement
In any dispute between the parties, the parties’ records—including computer and fax records—shall constitute valid evidence, and the User agrees not to contest these records.
12. Dispute Resolution
All disputes arising from the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
